Return Policy

We want every routine pack from Renewshine to feel like a small, useful gift to your week. If a pack is not the right fit, this page explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Your right to change your mind

You may request a full refund within fourteen days of receiving access to a routine pack, for any reason. To start a request, please write to us through the Contact page and include the name on your order and the date of purchase.

2. Faulty or misdescribed packs

If a routine pack does not match the description shown on the site, or if you have trouble accessing it, we will help you get it working or, if that is not possible, refund the price you paid. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

3. How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

4. Partial refunds

For the Team Plan, if your team has used part of a quarter we may offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. We will explain any calculation in writing before processing.

5. Items that cannot be refunded

Bespoke audio recordings produced specifically at your request cannot be refunded once the recording has been delivered, unless the recording is faulty.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel a recurring team subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you continue to enjoy your routines until then.
